We’re so proud to be hosting One Mama Midwife’s Antenatal and Caesarean Section Class here at Nook 🌿

This is no ordinary birth prep class. These antenatal sessions are run exclusively by experienced midwives who work directly in the birth unit—and they’re all about helping you and your birth partner feel confident, informed and empowered as you prepare for labour, postpartum and parenthood.

Here’s what you can expect:

✔️ Caesarean preparation (for those planning or wanting to know more)
✔️ Feeding support—breast and bottle
✔️ Baby care basics including sleep, routines and settling
