Nook Collective Code of Conduct Policy

At Nook Collective, we are committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive and professional environment for all members, guests and team members. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected within our workspace, event areas and supervised kids space.
By accessing Nook Collective, you agree to comply with this Code.
1. Respectful Behaviour
All members, guests and staff must treat one another with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Discriminatory, harassing, threatening or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
We value diverse perspectives and encourage constructive collaboration.
2. Professional Conduct
Members must maintain professional standards in all shared spaces.
Offensive language, inappropriate materials or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
3. Use of Facilities
Members and guests must follow all operational guidelines relating to the use of coworking areas, meeting rooms, studios, event spaces and the supervised kids space.
Shared spaces must be left clean and in the condition they were found. Waste must be disposed of appropriately.
Unauthorised use of spaces or access beyond confirmed bookings is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Members must respect the confidentiality of other members’ work and personal information.
Personal information must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Health and Safety
All members and guests must comply with health and safety requirements.
Unsafe conditions or incidents must be reported to Nook Collective staff promptly.
Good hygiene practices must be maintained within shared facilities.
6. Supervised Kids Space Conduct
The supervised kids space operates as incidental support to an onsite booking. Parents or guardians must remain onsite at all times and retain full responsibility for their child.
Children attending the supervised kids space must behave in a manner that does not compromise the safety or experience of others.
Parents must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs.
Failure to comply with supervised kids space policies may result in suspension of access.
7. Conflict Resolution
Conflicts should be addressed respectfully and constructively. If necessary, Nook Collective staff may assist in resolving disputes.
Any breaches of this Code must be reported to management.
8. Consequences of Breach
Failure to comply with this Code may result in warnings, suspension of access or termination of membership at Nook Collective’s discretion.
Nook Collective reserves the right to take reasonable action necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
9. Changes to the Code of Conduct
Nook Collective may amend this Code of Conduct from time to time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via email or through the member portal.
