Nook Collective - FAQ
1. What are the opening hours?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Supervised Kids Space operates Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 8:30 AM - 3 PM and is split into two sessions.
2. Is parking available?
We have three designated parking spaces at the front of Nook Collective - these are drop-and-go ONLY.
There is on-street parking available on Kayleigh Drive.
Please be mindful that other businesses within the complex have their own parking so please refrain from parking in their designated spots.
3. What is provided?
Kitchenette with tea, coffee capsules and milk as well as a fridge, microwave, kettle, toasted sandwich press and ninja bullet.
4. What should I bring?
Please bring your own laptop and charger. Our open desk spaces, podcast studio and meeting rooms do not provide computers.
5. How do I book?
All bookings can be made online via our website 🔗 here. We offer weekly subscription packages as well as casual days and hourly rates for some spaces.
6. How does billing work?
All packages and bookings must be pre-purchased. Please note that Nook Collective does not provide refunds if the space is not utilised on the day of the booking.
7. How do I gain access to the space?
A Nook team member will be on site to ensure you have access to the space you've secured.
8. Is Supervised Kids Space included in a casual day booking?
No. Supervised kids space sessions are booked separately and are available during your onsite coworking or service booking and are subject to availability.
9. Does the Podcast Studio have recording equipment?
Our podcast studio is equipped with Rode microphones and headphones only. You must remember to bring your own micro SD card and video equipment (if required).
