Space Use During Events:

When booking with Nook Collective, you are hiring one event space only. Please note that other areas of the venue may be in use for separate events or activities during your booking. If you require exclusive use of the entire venue, this must be arranged and confirmed as a whole space hire at the time of booking.

  • 10 hours - $599

    • Microphone – $50 for high-quality audio during presentations and Q&A sessions.

    • Projector – $100 for visual presentations and media display, perfect for workshops or large meetings.

    • Videography – $200 for high-quality video footage of your event.

    • Barista Coffee – $50 hire fee to offer barista-made coffees at your event. You can run a tab for your guests or have them pay as they go.

    • ‘Head Over Wheels’Mobile BYO caravan bar service - From $150 per hour. A charming addition for celebrations or casual events. You bring the drinks, and we’ll provide the setup, staff, and good vibes.

    • Cleaning Fee – Optional $200 fee if you'd prefer to leave the clean-up to us. Otherwise, please ensure the space is left as it was found. Any rubbish should be taken out at the end of your event.
