Inclusions with Your Event Space or Whole Venue Hire

At Nook Collective, our event spaces are thoughtfully equipped with amenities to suit a variety of setups and gatherings. When you book a single space or the whole venue, you’ll enjoy:

✨ Sound System & Speaker – Clear, quality audio for speakers, music or presentations
✨ Air Conditioning – Keep your guests comfortable year-round in our climate-controlled spaces
✨ Kitchenette Access – Perfect for quick refreshments or catering setup
✨ Stand-Up Desks, Partitions & Whiteboards – Adapt the layout for collaborative workshops or structured seminars

Add-On Options

Need a little extra? We’ve got you covered with additional equipment and services:

🎤 Microphone – $50 for high-quality audio during presentations and Q&A sessions
📽 Projector – $100 for visual presentations and media display, perfect for workshops or large meetings
🎥 Videography – $200 for high-quality video footage of your event
☕ Barista Coffee – $50 hire fee to offer barista-made coffees at your event. Choose to run a tab for your guests or have them pay as they go
🍸 Head Over Wheels Mobile Caravan Bar – From $150. A charming BYO bar service perfect for celebrations or casual events. You bring the drinks, and we’ll provide the setup, staff and good vibes

Event Terms & Clean-Up

We’re committed to providing a welcoming, well-maintained space. Please keep these guidelines in mind:

🧹 Cleaning Fee – Optional $200 fee if you'd prefer to leave the clean-up to us. Otherwise, please ensure the space is left as it was found. Any rubbish should be taken out at the end of your event

The Different Event Spaces

Upstairs – A modern, light-filled space ideal for workshops, networking events and team meetings. Includes 4 large desks and 24 chairs, offering a professional and flexible setup.

Downstairs – A large blank canvas perfect for seminars, social gatherings and community events. Its adaptable design allows you to customise the layout to suit any occasion.

Whole Venue Hire – Book the entire Nook Collective exclusively for your event. This includes upstairs and downstairs event spaces, the open desk coworking area, meeting and consult rooms, podcast and content studios, Coffee Nook, beauty hub and optional staffed kids room. When you hire the whole space, you have complete privacy with no other bookings during your time.

Need extra seating or tables? We partner with Sunshine Weddings to offer high-quality furniture rentals for your event. Nook event members receive an exclusive 15% discount on all quotes from Sunshine Weddings, making it easy to furnish your event space beautifully.
