Microphone – $50 for high-quality audio during presentations and Q&A sessions.
Projector – $100 for visual presentations and media display, perfect for workshops or large meetings.
Videography – $200 for high-quality video footage of your event.
Barista Coffee – $50 hire fee to offer barista-made coffees at your event. You can run a tab for your guests or have them pay as they go.
‘Head Over Wheels’ Mobile BYO caravan bar service - From $150. A charming addition for celebrations or casual events. You bring the drinks, and we’ll provide the setup, staff, and good vibes.
Cleaning Fee – Optional $200 fee if you'd prefer to leave the clean-up to us. Otherwise, please ensure the space is left as it was found. Any rubbish should be taken out at the end of your event.
