Motherhood is a full-body workout in itself, but that doesn’t mean your own wellbeing should be pushed aside. That’s why we’ve created a space just for you.

Join us every Monday at 11am for Mums and Bubs Pilates – a relaxed, supportive session designed to help you rebuild strength and reconnect with your body, all while your little one is right beside you.

A Class Designed for Mums

Led by a qualified Pilates instructor who truly gets the postpartum journey, this 45-minute class is tailored for postnatal strength, stability and mobility. Whether you’re six weeks or six months in, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Make a Morning of It

Want a slower start to your Monday?

Come in from 8am and enjoy some quiet co-working time before class. Our café area is open, the coffee machine is on, and the kids’ room is staffed so you can ease into the day with intention.
