We’re proud to host the official launch of You Got This, a brand, a mission and a movement founded by mental health professional, counsellor and coach Jessica Edwards.

This isn’t just any launch party. It’s the beginning of something big.

Jessica will be sharing her story, from the personal and professional experiences that led to the creation of You Got This, to her bold vision to make mental health care more accessible for those who need it most.

Through the sale of purposeful merch, You Got This is raising funds to support people who can’t afford mental health services. But it doesn’t stop there. The initiative is also working to support qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who are currently excluded from Medicare rebates, helping bridge the gap between services and the people who need them.

Expect guest speakers, honest conversations and a powerful reminder that change is possible when we come together as a community.
